All RAEN Optics eyewear is guaranteed against breakage caused by defects in materials or manufacturing, per the discretion of the RAEN Warranty Team, for ONE YEAR from date of purchase. Warranty is void without valid proof of purchase from an authorized RAEN Optics dealer and necessary Return Authorization processed by the RAEN Warranty Team. Warranty excludes product altered after purchase, damage caused by normal wear and tear including scratched lenses, and damage caused by any improper or unreasonable use.

RAEN maintains a direct return policy for any purchase on the RAENoptics.com retail website, within 30 days of original purchase. Requests for returns are to be sent to Info@Raenoptics.com, which must include the Order Number, name of purchasing party, frame style/color way, reason for return, and the type of return desired (refund or exchange). A return authorization number will be generated for the purchasing party and sent to the email associated with the purchase.

When sending product to RAEN home office for Warranty Claim or Return Request, securely pack your RAEN Optics, along with original proof of purchase, purchaser's name, return address, and telephone number. RA Slip must be attached to the outside of this shipping carton. RAEN Optics is not responsible for any loss or damage in transit; therefore we recommend that you use a shipper that will allow you to insure the delivery of your eyewear.
All shipping costs fall solely on the purchaser for both Warranty Claims and Return Requests.
