The Next Step. Catching up with Jarrod Gorbel.
Jarrod Gorbel started performing music under the name the The Honorary Title in 2003. He added some band members, toured the world and enjoyed moderate commercial success. In 2009 it was time to do something else. A new stripped down sound and help from producer Blake Sennet (of Rilo Kiley and The Elected) has him set to challenge the unknown with an outstanding collection of songs (Devil’s Made a New Friend) that will be released August 31 on Burning House Records and his own imprint, Gorbel Music.
